Trials
I would love to meet you! I always recommend trials to my brides as they let us both get on the same page and take away any stress from your big day. We can schedule your trial anytime up to 7 months prior to the wedding. I can come to you for the trial or you can come to me, whichever we can arrange..
Feel free to bring along any jewelry, veil, hair accessories, etc. to get a sneak peek at your complete wedding day look. You can also bring in photos of hairstyles that you would like to try or any other inspirations you have. We will work together to create the perfect look for your big day! Trial cost ranges from $150-250 depending on location.
Wedding Day
I will travel to you on the day of the wedding and all services are done on site to make your day as stress free as possible. Whether just the bride or a dozen girls, no job is too big or small. Please inquire with your exact wedding day details and we will go over options and price details based on your needs. Wedding day rates start at $400.
F.A.Q’s
Q. How should I have my hair prepped for the trial?
A. Please wash hair (shampoo/conditioner) the day before or morning of our trial. Please make sure hair is blown dry and NOT flat ironed. This will prevent flyaways, allow curls to hold well and help in creating the perfect wedding hair! Hair typically cooperates best when it’s not squeaky clean, but this rule doesn’t hold true with everyone, we can go over these details when we set up the appointment.
Q. Do you work with extensions?
A. Yes! I love working with extensions for both down styles and up styles. Extensions are great to give length and volume to all styles. I can even help you select the right extensions if you don’t know where to start.
Q. Can I bring my whole wedding party to the trial to get opinions?
A. If I come to your home for the trial appointment you are welcome to have as many people as you like. I will warn you though, too many opinions can be overwhelming. Try to stick to just one or two people whose opinions you trust.
Q. I just can’t decide if I want to wear my hair up or down, can’t I do both?
A. Yes you can! This is becoming a popular trend for weddings. A lot of women just feel best with their hair down but struggle with the thought that wearing it up may be more classic. There is no right answer, but there is a compromise. You can wear your hair down for the ceremony and then go into an up do for the party, or vice versa. There will be an additional cost with this option.
Q. Will my hair stay all night?
A. I have never heard a complaint from a past bride that their hair didn’t last all night. I have lots of tricks to make sure your hair stays the best it possibly can with all the dancing, hugs, etc. I can’t guarantee you won’t get some flyaways or some dropped curls, but if you are really concerned, you can book me for additional hours to ensure you have touchups throughout the evening.
